Pick Up Day Info

When do I pick up my plants?
Curbside pick-up will be available from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 14th only. While pick-up is available the whole day, we are providing a specific time window for each order to help us better manage the number of people we are trying to serve while honoring social distance guidelines. You will receive an email with your scheduled pick-up time. If you are unable to meet your scheduled time, please come as close to that time window as possible.
General pick-up guidelines:
-
Curbside pick-up by car is preferred versus walk-up.
-
Please stay in car.
-
Do not enter any roped-off areas designated for plants and volunteers.
-
If you made multiple orders and receive multiple pick-up emails from us, please choose one of the time slots listed.
-
Check out this map for additional details!

Please line up in your vehicle along westbound 43rd Street and turn right onto Colfax Avenue when it is your turn to check in. If needed, continue to line up on southbound Bryant Avenue, along the school, being mindful of leaving space for the city bus stop. Do not block the intersections at 43rd and Colfax or 43rd and Bryant by waiting to join the line.
Pull up to the check-in tent as you turn onto Colfax. Have your order number (found at the top of your order summary) and the name on the order ready to share. Please do not hand anything to the volunteers. You will then be directed to pull ahead to one of four stations where your order will be pulled and placed on a table curbside. Once the team has placed your order on the table, they will give you the go-ahead to get out of your car and load the plants.
What happens if I forget to pick up my plants?
If you are unable to pick up your plants and or have other questions, please email us at bartonplantsale@gmail.com. All plants not picked up by 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 14th will be considered donated to Barton. There is no pick-up on Sunday, May 15th.
