Forms a large clump of thick, heavily corrugated, puckered leaves. Spring leaves are large mound of chartreuse leaves with a blue margin. Leaves mature to a gold centered foliage with an irregular dark green margin later in the summer. Near-white flowers.

Hosta thrive in shade, even in competition with tree roots.
